


EFG Snack Box - October 11th
Let me cook for you! This month I’ll be featuring Ribollita soup, my way of saying goodbye to summer vegetables and hello to fall’s harvest. With that we have Scarpaccia (an Italian flatbread layered with summer squash), corona bean hummus and a decadent pear tart.
The EFG snack box is meant to be served for lunch, dinner or anything in between. It is seasonal comfort food made with gorgeous local produce and a lot of passion. Please contact me with any questions.

RIBOLLITA: early fall vegetables, crusty bread
SCARPACCIA: summer squash, onion, parmesan
CORONA BEAN HUMMUS: red pepper, roasted walnut
PEAR TART: dark chocolate, pistachio cremeux, candied lemon
Pick up is at EFG kitchen on Saturday October 11th from 11-1pm or my house in Dexter from 2-4pm. Please choose location when you add the item to your cart.
