The EFG snack box is meant to be served for lunch, dinner or anything in between. It is seasonal comfort food made with gorgeous local produce and a lot of passion. Please contact me with any questions.
This box is perfect for 2 people, best consumed day-of.
CALZONE: slow roasted early summer tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, rainbow chard with garlic scape and basil pesto.
SALAD: grilled napa cabbage, confit shallot, tomato-parmesan vinaigrette, toasted hazelnuts
HUMMUS: herbs and roasted spring onion
HERB AND PARMESAN CRACKERS
TARTLET: hazelnut frangipane, strawberry jam, dark chocolate, rose petals
Pick up is at EFG kitchen on Saturday June 28th from 11-1pm or my house in Dexter from 2-5pm. Please choose location when you add the item to your cart.
